All refunds are subject to a $25 + GST administrative fee.

If a participant chooses to withdraw before the program or camp starts and registration has already closed because the program or camp is full, a full refund will be processed only after another player registers and fills the participant's reserved spot.

PROGRAMS WITH MONTHLY PLANS

Club Teams and Base Development

Once the initial payment has been processed, as well as any subsequent monthly payments, refunds are not available.

Players who want to withdraw from the program will be required to pay for the following month and 25% of the fees left.

PROGRAMS WITH ONE TIME PRICING

Pro Camps / Clinics and Elite Workouts

100% refund minus admin fee - one week prior to the start of the program

50% refund minus admin fee - during the first 1/3 of the program

0% - no refunds after 1/3 of the program is complete

INJURIES 

Players that provide a doctor's note stating they are unable to participate in more than 1/3 of the program due to injury may be eligible (at our discretion) for credit applied to future programs.

TOURNAMENTS AND TRAVEL

There are no refunds once payment has been made on travel.

Many of our bookings and the tournament's fees are non-refundable and will not allow money to be returned.

If credits become available, we will pass them back to the eligible participant.

LATE PAYMENTS

If an instalment or monthly payment is more than one week overdue, any future program or camp registrations will not be accepted until the outstanding balance has been paid in full. Payment for the new program or camp must also be made in full at the time of registration.
